    • RULES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION


    The goal is to enhance the World European Aesthetic & Dermatology Conference with innovative studies that are completed after the general abstract submission deadline. Deadline for online Abstract submission is August 15, 2019
                                                RULES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
    • Authors are required to mention their preference for either ORAL or POSTER presentation by checking the appropriate box on the submission web page. Few selected best posters will be scheduled for oral presentations as well as best poster awards.
    • Acceptance or rejection of abstracts will be based on rankings given by a peer review of experts in the associated topic/category. Results will be sent via e-mail to the corresponding author within 2-3 hours.
    • All accepted abstracts will be published with DOI number.
    • Accepted abstracts are official communications of the Conference. The presenting author agrees to register, to attend the Congress, and to present the abstract as scheduled.




    REGISTRATION 


    Venue: You can be assured of a comfortable, convenient learning environment throughout the duration of the conference. We will send out the venue confirmation 2 weeks before the conference commences.
    Accommodation: Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Confirmation Details: After receiving payment a receipt will be issued. If you do not received a confirmation letter two week before the Conference kindly contact us : europeanderma@aureliusconferences.com
    Cancellation Terms & Conditions: CANCELLATION must be received in writing at least 30 days before the Conference. All bookings carry a 50% cancellation fee immediately after a signed contract has been received by Aurelius CS. Cancellation within 7 days notice from the Conference date will not be able to obtain a full credit for any future Conferences. NO Refund will be made available. Upon the completion and receipt of the registration form, payment is required within 5 working days from the date of issuance of the invoice or from the date of registration
